A Novar man faces impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle crash near Emsdale.
Almaguin Highlands OPP say they responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Star Lake Road around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday. Police say the driver, a 35-year-old man was arrested after refusing to provide a breath sample.
He’s charged with impaired operation and refusal to comply with demand, and is due in Sundridge court December 18.
