The occupants were also charged with drug possession
A routine call in Huntsville has led to impaired driving and drug charges.
Huntsville OPP were called just before nine Thursday morning to a vehicle stuck in a snowbank on King William Street. Police and Muskoka EMS checked on the two occupants and found no injuries, but officers say the driver showed signs of impairment.
A 46-year-old Huntsville man is now facing charges including impaired operation and drug possession. A 45-year-old Bracebridge woman, who was a passenger, is also charged with drug possession.
Both were released and are scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge this March.
