The driver was stopped after they received a report of a possible impaired driver
Huntsville OPP officers arrested a driver for impaired driving on Monday morning.
Police say that at around 10:56 a.m., they received a report of a suspected impaired motorist heading north on Highway 11. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a roadside breath test, and the driver failed.
A 68-year-old Emsdale man faces charges of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol level over 80, as well as breach of probation. He has been released and is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on April 28.
