Explorers' Edge says the pilot season was a huge success
FlixBus is expanding its service across Muskoka and the Almaguin Highlands, with year-round bus trips now connecting the region to Toronto.
The route serves Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville and South River, with connections continuing to North Bay.
Explorers’ Edge says the move follows a successful seasonal pilot and will make it easier for visitors to travel to the region without a car.
The tourism organization has also reached an agreement allowing it to include FlixBus tickets in travel packages combining transportation with accommodations and local experiences.
