Both drivers will appear in court on February 24th
Huntsville OPP have charged two drivers with impaired driving over the weekend.
On Friday night, a 46-year-old Collingwood man failed a breath test after officers stopped him on Highway 60 in Lake of Bays Township following a domestic dispute. He faces charges of impaired operation and over 80. His license is suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded.
The next day, Huntsville police stopped 29-year-old driver after his pickup swerved and hit a snowbank on West Road. Watt failed roadside tests for alcohol and drugs and faces similar charges, along with a 90-day license suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment.
Both court dates are set for February 24 in Bracebridge.
