Events kick off at Muskoka Heritage Place before moving to River Mill Park
Canada Day plans are taking shape in Huntsville, with organizers promising a full day of family-friendly celebrations on July 1st.
Festivities begin at Muskoka Heritage Place with free admission in exchange for a non-perishable food donation. Visitors can enjoy live entertainment, games, free cupcakes while supplies last, and the return of the Portage Flyer steam train.
Activities then shift to River Mill Park, featuring vendors, family activities, and live music throughout the afternoon and evening, including a headline performance by country-rock artist Cory Marks.
The day wraps up with a fireworks display over Hunters Bay at 10 p.m., weather permitting.
