The event was to be paused by the town until sponsors and volunteers came forward
A popular Huntsville Halloween tradition is coming back this year after all.
Muskoka Heritage Place had planned to put the Great Pumpkin Trail on hold in 2026 because of difficulties finding enough sponsors and volunteers. But after hearing from the community, several local businesses stepped up to keep the 37-year tradition alive.
The Great Pumpkin Trail will take place October 31st from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., with last admission at 7.
Families can expect an evening of trick-or-treating fun at Muskoka Heritage Place.
