The resulting crash blocked lanes for several hours
A major collision on Highway 11 in South River has led to a charge against a commercial driver.
Almaguin Highlands OPP say the incident happened Monday morning when a commercial truck jack‑knifed, blocking southbound lanes. A second truck then crashed into the first, forcing a seven‑hour closure while emergency crews cleared the scene.
