Thanks to the Babb family, Baysville will open a new splash pad
A new summer attraction is set to open in Baysville later this month.
The Township of Lake of Bays will officially unveil the Babb Family Splash Pad at the Lake of Bays Community Centre and Arena with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, June 20 at 1 p.m. Following the ceremony, the splash pad will open to the public for the season.
The Township says residents may see the splash pad operating beforehand as crews complete testing and staff training. The opening celebration will also feature free hot dogs and refreshments while supplies last.
