The municipality is offering a Zoom session on the process
The Township of Muskoka Lakes is launching a new online Short-Term Rental Application Portal on July 28.
The platform will make it easier for operators to apply for licences and manage properties, and includes a public lookup tool to check if a rental is officially licensed.
A live Zoom info session is set for July 29 at 2 p.m., hosted by the Township’s By-law team and the Muskoka Lakes Chamber. Operators who apply by September 30 can get 20% off their licence fee.
Details are available at EngageMuskokaLakes.ca
