Jan Nyquist promised an even more exciting event next year - helping to build a new hospital in Huntsville
Thousands of people turned out in downtown Huntsville for this year's NyDock/Rotary DockFest, raising $50.000 for the campaign to build a new Huntsville Hospital.
The family event featured the Main Street parade, bathtub races, a waterski show, food vendors and activities along the Muskoka River. Jamie Thompson emphasized that NyDock as the presenting sponsor, along with the Rotary Club of Huntsville was critical to the event, supporting the Huntsville Hospital Foundation's Raise Muskoka campaign.
NyDock owner Jan Nyquist says the company believes in giving back to the community that has supported it for years. Organizers say every dollar raised will help build the future of healthcare in Muskoka.
