The boat and trailer were stolen from the Gravenhurst Wharf
Bracebridge OPP are investigating the theft of a $100,000 boat from the Gravenhurst Wharf over the weekend.
Police say a 24-foot Sea Ray and its trailer were stolen from Steamship Bay Road sometime between July 10th and 12th. The boat and trailer were later found abandoned on Sedore Road after the trailer apparently malfunctioned.
Investigators also believe a second boat at the wharf was tampered with in an attempted theft. Anyone with surveillance footage from the area is asked to contact Bracebridge OPP.
