Voters should check before August 12th
The Town of Huntsville is reminding residents that the 2026 municipal election will be held on October 26.
Voters must be on the voters list to cast a ballot. Residents are encouraged to confirm or update their information through Elections Ontario at RegisterToVoteOn.ca before the August 12 deadline. After that date, registration must be completed directly with the Town.
Key election dates include August 21, when nominations close at 2 p.m., and advance voting running from October 14 to October 26. Third-party advertisers must register by October 23.
