A 39-year-old Huntsville man faces charges
Ontario Provincial Police in Huntsville say a report from a local business employee led to an impaired driving arrest over the weekend.
Officers were called Saturday evening about a possible impaired driver on West Road and later located the vehicle on Gouldie Street.
Police say the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. A 39-year-old Huntsville man is charged with impaired operation, driving over the legal limit, and driving without a licence.
He’s scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge in February.
