The demonstrators hoped to get the message out to the PM and Premiers gathered at Deerhurst
More than a hundred demonstrators staged a pop-up protest yesterday afternoon at the intersection of Highway 60 and Centre Street in Huntsville.
The demonstration included members of labour unions, Indigenous communities, and healthcare groups. Their protest focused on the Ontario government's Bill 5 and the ongoing concerns about healthcare privatization within the province.
The gathering drew attention to these key issues, as the groups voiced their opposition to the government's policies.
